Will skin regeneration cream be effective on blemishes or scars?

I have oily skin, so my skin isn't in very good condition.
I tend to have a lot of skin problems, so I have many blemishes and scars.
Lately, whenever I look in the mirror, I feel like I see more blemishes and scars than before, and because of that, my face looks duller, so it really bothers me.
Has anyone tried using skin regeneration cream on acne scars or marks?
I am curious to know how effective the skin regeneration cream was for you.
My skin is on the sensitive side; would it be okay for me to use a skin regeneration cream?
I'm worried that using it might actually make my skin break out.
I am also curious about other care methods that help with skin regeneration.
