What are some secrets to maintaining skin elasticity during the winter?

These days, I hate looking in the mirror and I hate taking pictures.
The loss of skin elasticity on my face was really noticeable.
Up until my late 30s, I used to hear people say how lucky I was to have such naturally good skin.
Even though my face isn't pretty, I took comfort in the fact that my skin looks good and elastic.
These days, anyone can tell I look my age.
Even with makeup on, you look lifeless and just tired.
Even though my eyelids are puffy, now that I've lost elasticity and wrinkles have increased, they're all creased like that...
These days, if you sleep on a patterned pillow by any chance, the wrinkles don't disappear until the next day.
I think having dry skin also significantly affects skin elasticity.
I thought my skin was normal because it didn't feel particularly tight even after washing my face and not applying anything, but
