As I get older, I’ve been really worried lately about which anti-aging products to use. In the past, my skin would recover quickly just by taking care of light moisturizing, but now that my skin isn't as elastic as it used to be and fine lines are starting to appear one by one, it really bothers me. So, I’ve taken out all the products I have at home again and am checking them out myself by comparing different ones.
I’ve heard a lot about the importance of using ingredients that improve elasticity and reduce wrinkles, especially retinol, but I’m hesitant about what concentration to start with because I’m worried about irritation. However, recently I’ve been trying to slowly get used to it, starting with a mild retinol serum. Also, since I heard it’s good to apply a more nourishing cream at night to help the skin rest, I’m currently using a cream from a nourishing and regenerating line along with it.
I am currently taking care of my skin with two products: a hypoallergenic retinol cream and a nourishing/firming cream.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know what products others use for their care.
