와 진짜 요즘은 365일 유지하기 쉽지 않은 듯요. 공기오염, 식습관 등등
Please tell me how to keep my skin barrier strong 365 days a year.
At some point, I started thinking that being young is really great.
When I was young, my skin tone was good, I didn't have any blemishes, and I didn't have any dryness or anything like that.
As I get older, things like skin elasticity, blemishes, and age spots are increasing one by one.
People around me haven't said it's that bad yet.
I was the only one who could feel it when the year changed.
I think the foundation needs to be strong.
I think a strong skin barrier is essential for a good foundation.

Since I started being concerned about melasma this year, I have been applying a melasma-related ampoule.
Other than that, I apply toner/lotion.
I use face masks occasionally (for hydration/blemishes).
I tried the La Roche-Foret Cica Plus Balm B5+ last year.
But I wasn't sure if it was okay to use the whole bottle.
I tried using it after getting a recommendation from Olive Young...
