How should I manage skin troubles that appear during the change of seasons?
I'm worried because my skin has become so sensitive lately, perhaps due to the changing seasons. The air is cold in the mornings and evenings, but it's dry and warm during the day; it seems my skin just can't adapt. After washing my face, it feels tight, and my cheeks get particularly red and flushed, with small breakouts constantly popping up. In the past, just applying lotion was enough, but lately, because I've been wearing a mask due to my rhinitis, tiny bumps are appearing around my chin, and the skin around my nose is flaking, causing my makeup to look patchy.
So these days, I am trying to keep my skincare routine as simple as possible. I have removed all irritating products and am mainly using a mild moisturizing cream and a soothing ampoule. When washing my face, I only rinse with lukewarm water and pat my skin dry with a towel instead of rubbing.
Even so, when I wake up in the morning, my face feels a bit dry and rough. It makes me think, "My skin really is affected by the changing seasons." I wonder if there are many others who experience skin trouble at this time of year like me? I'm curious how everyone else is managing their skin. Since my skin becomes so sensitive just from the change of seasons, I think consistent care is truly the answer. Lately, I've been holding out with these three keywords: "soothing, moisturizing, and minimizing irritation."
These are the products I am currently using.
