As I get older, my skin loses moisture and the patchy dark spots are increasing.
I tried laser treatments at a dermatology clinic to get rid of my melasma, but I didn't see dramatic results. There are various causes for melasma, such as stress, genetics, diet, UV rays, and nutritional deficiencies, and I think I fall into a combination of these factors to some degree. Since I know it is impossible to get rid of melasma completely once it appears, I would be satisfied if it improved enough to be covered with cushion foundation or BB cream.
To improve hyperpigmentation, I apply a grain pack and a melasma ampoule 1-2 times a week, and use Domina Cream before bed. I have never used melasma and blemish pads, so I am curious about them. If you know of any good products, please recommend them.
