What eyeliner do you use?
I use Espoir these days.
I've been using Clio until now.
It is brown.
But no matter what eyeliner I use, it smudges.
How do you usually use eyeliner without it smudging?
The staying power isn't great for me, so I have to carry it around and touch it up.
