Please recommend an eyeliner pencil that doesn't smudge even with sweat.

Maybe it's because I have oily skin and inner eyelids, but eyeliner is really please It's smudging 😢
It's fine at first, but by the afternoon, it droops all the way under my eyes, making me look like a panda.
I've tried all the products advertised as waterproof or whatever, but they didn't really work for me.
I've tried brush pens, pencils, and gels, but I still haven't found my holy grail product.
