What should I do first after sunscreen following skincare?

My skin turns a bit white when I apply sunscreen!

I find foundations and cushions in the 20,000 to 50,000 won range a bit too expensive right from the start, so I plan to begin with Daiso products!

Tag Cushion #21, Tag Foundation Velvet Primer and Concealer

I have some redness, so I bought a green concealer and a regular concealer in clear beige, but I don't know which one to use first.

I also bought a spatula and a flat, short Daiso foundation brush.

I still don't understand even after watching YouTube...
