I'm looking to change my cushion foundation. Please recommend a tone-up cushion.

I'm running out of the cushion I'm currently using, and lately my skin tone seems to be getting duller, so I'm planning to try a tone-up cushion. I tried the tone-up sunscreen, and it seems to work well; it made me feel good to see my skin getting even just a little bit brighter!
Will the effect be maximized if I use the tone-up sunscreen and tone-up cushion together? It's okay to use them in combination, right?
I'm searching for tone-up cushions, but there are so many different types.
Has anyone tried the Dibus Tone-Up Cushion?
The price is a bit steep compared to regular cushions... but if it works well, I'm willing to give it a try!
