저는 닥터포헤어 스프레이 좋았어요! 스프레이형식이라 살짝 떨어져서 뿌려야하는데 뿌리면 머리 떡지지도 않고 너무 시원해져서 좋더라구요~!
Do you have any separate methods for scalp cooling care?
I'm not sure if this is related to getting older, but....
For some time now, whenever summer comes, the parts of my scalp that are exposed to the sun get very itchy....
I have thin hair, and since I'm growing out my bangs,
The part where the bangs split, like a parting, doesn't really cover the hair, does it?
That part is particularly itchy.
The sunlight is too strong in the summer, and naturally, my head gets hot during heatwaves like these.
I do sweat a lot, but seeing as the parts not covered by hair are particularly itchier,
I think that might be related to heat.
Even when I come into a cool place, my head still feels a bit hot to the touch.
I am also worried that this might cause my hair loss to progress further.
Do you happen to have any specific products or tips for scalp cooling care?
It seems really serious starting this year, so I'm finally wearing a parasol, which I used to find such a hassle.
Many people said this Growturn product was good, so I tried it.
Maybe I didn't use it enough... It seems to help with temporary cooling care, but I didn't see any effect on hair loss at all.
As I was exercising
My bangs are thin, and they stick to my head even with just a little sweat, making me look really shabby.
Even though no one is watching, I feel so embarrassed and develop a complex all by myself.
I'm giving myself a head massage while showering and trying to dry my hair as quickly as possible~
It feels like my hair is getting thinner and thinner........
In fact, not only the scalp but also the face takes a long time to cool down once it heats up.
I think I'll have to use face masks often in the summer.
Because scalp heat is said to be linked to hair loss
As someone with hair loss, I am full of worries.
How does everyone do scalp care and scalp cooling in the summer? Please share your know-how.
