Does anyone have a recommendation for a highly moisturizing body lotion?

Please recommend a highly moisturizing body lotion.

I have extremely dry skin.

It stays relatively okay in the summer, but it gets extremely severe in the winter.

Even if I apply a generous amount of lotion after showering, it dries quickly.

When I take off clothes like Heattech, a lot of dead skin comes off, so it doesn't look good.

I've tried the products recommended by people around me as highly moisturizing body lotions, but I don't think there is much difference.

If anyone happens to know of a really, really moisturizing body lotion, I would be grateful if you could recommend one.

If that still doesn't work, I should probably go see a doctor.
