Please recommend a moisturizing cream that is good for sensitive skin.

I have some skin concerns. When the hot summer comes, my skin stings and itches, so I am currently using Botanic Healbo Derma Intensive Cica Panthenol Blemish Cream as a moisturizing and soothing cream. I am using it because it is hypoallergenic and contains plant-derived ingredients, but the stinging sensation persists. Please let me know if there is a moisturizing cream that absorbs better and is more effective than the Botanic Healbo Derma Intensive Cica Panthenol Blemish Cream. Or will it get better if I continue using the Botanic Healbo cream? I am really worried.
