I have oily, acne-prone skin. What would be a good moisturizer?

My skin is quite dry on the inside and my oil-moisture balance is off.

I have oily, acne-prone skin where my face produces an explosion of oil.

I'm getting occasional pimples... and maybe because it's summer, my skin is incredibly oily.

It's gotten to the point where I always have to carry blotting paper with me.

So I can't use heavy creams, so I'm using Lactofit Houttuynia Cordata Trouble Moisturizing Cream.

It is soothing my skin, but it is still producing a lot of oil.

By any chance, what kind of moisturizer would be good for oily, acne-prone skin?
