Which tone-up sunscreen slightly covers blemishes and freckles?

My skin is a mess, just like in the photo.

I have a lot of age spots and freckles. On top of that, I have dry skin.

I tend not to wear makeup because it dries out my skin. That is why I prefer simple tone-up sunscreens.

Is there a tone-up sunscreen that is a perfect match for my skin type? I would also like it to slightly cover up unsightly blemishes.

And it's not drying. But I don't like things that are too sticky either. Haha.

Are there any tone-up sunscreens that don't sting the eyes or cause less irritation?

I really can't use sunscreen if it stings my eyes too much. Just because it's a tone-up sunscreen, it's not like it's any stronger, right?

Since I don't wear makeup often, I want to solve my skin look with just a tone-up sunscreen that spreads well. On top of that, I just want to wear a colored lip balm.

If you have used any good tone-up sunscreens, please recommend them.
