If I sweat a lot, should I use sunscreen for oily skin?
If I sweat a lot, should I use sunscreen for oily skin?
I tend to just use whatever sunscreen I have at home without examining it closely. I sweat a lot, so I don't really use toner either. But recently, I realized that I didn't know there were so many different types of sunscreen; it seems there are sunscreens for oily skin as well as for dry skin.
And it seems they are divided into detailed categories like organic, inorganic, and synthetic. Inorganic sunscreens are less irritating and good for sensitive skin, but it seems they have a texture that leaves a white cast. Sometimes I see people whose faces turn white and think it's just because they've applied a lot of products, but I guess that's just due to the specific type of sunscreen.
Would it be appropriate for someone like me, who sweats a lot, to use sunscreen for oily skin? I want to carry a stick type around and use it on the go, but I'm not sure which product would be best. Since sweat pours down when I'm outdoors in the summer, I often end up skipping sunscreen altogether; but I assume I need to reapply it frequently after wiping away the sweat, right?
