Which sunscreen should I use, organic or inorganic, depending on my skin type?

I heard that you should use sunscreen 365 days a year. Is that true?
And are you applying it indoors as well?
I don't apply it when I'm indoors—or rather, when I'm at home. Aren't the people who diligently apply it even at home mostly celebrities? lol
Anyway, I'm lazy, so I only apply sunscreen when I go out on really sunny days.
So I hardly know the types either.
I didn't even know sunscreens were divided into organic and inorganic types. And there are even hybrid types?
Why is it so complicated?
For sunscreen, isn't it enough if it doesn't leave a white cast and doesn't sting the eyes too much?
