Which is better for acne-prone middle school skin: mineral or chemical sunscreen?

These days, there are so many cosmetic terms that it's difficult.

 

First off, mineral sunscreen vs. chemical sunscreen... what is the difference between these?

 

My second child is a middle school boy.

I've been getting tiny pimples on my forehead and back since last year.

My child, who used to not apply sunscreen properly, now says they apply it before going to school.

 

My child's skin type is not dry, nor is it extremely oily.

My acne isn't severe, just a few pimples popping up.

 

Please recommend a good product among mineral or chemical sunscreens.

 

And if you let me know the differences, I will study them further.
