Are there any tone-up sunscreens that are good for going foundation-free?

Hello. I’m already dreading this summer because I hear it will be exceptionally hot. When summer comes, my pores open up, and I feel like my makeup is breaking down from the moment I apply it in the morning. Summer hasn't even fully arrived yet, but I’m scared because I feel like my skin is getting oily. At this rate, I feel like my makeup will all come off from sweat even if I wear it in the summer, so I am considering going foundation-free.

I don't usually use tone-up sunscreen, but I think it would be good to use it if I want to go foundation-free. It's a brand created by a YouTuber I watch often, and even though it hasn't been long since it launched, it seems to be popular already. Has anyone tried the Layer Lab Tone-Up Sunscreen? Or, if there are any other tone-up sunscreens that are good for going foundation-free, please recommend them.
