My skin tends to cake when I apply tone-up sunscreen. Is there a good way to handle this?

My skin tends to crack a bit two or three hours after applying sunscreen. I would like recommendations for a good sunscreen that provides continuous protection for a long time. Reapplying it frequently makes my skin feel thick and unpleasant. I am looking for a sunscreen that can easily resolve this issue, is non-irritating, and provides long-lasting protection. I have tried various products, but I am currently using a sunscreen like this.
