For dry skin, which is better: organic or inorganic sunscreen?

My skin isn't in great condition, perhaps due to dryness, as it cracks and bleeds. I've tried applying various good creams to this dry skin, but I haven't seen much effect. I think my skin is the biggest problem; it seems unable to handle sensitive and dry areas. So, I've tried many sunscreens that are highly recommended, as well as affordable products with good value for money. However, I haven't seen any results from creams. I am extremely curious whether organic sunscreens are better for skin like mine, or which of the two types—organic or mineral—is actually better. I would appreciate your helpful answers. Please tell me whether organic or mineral sunscreens are better, or if there is a sunscreen that is even better than both.
