Recommended products for oily and dehydrated skin

Whenever the seasons change, my skin becomes rough and feels severely tight from within. It is oily on the surface but dry underneath, so I am always struggling to decide which products to use.

I wasn't satisfied because it felt like the moisture evaporated quickly even after I applied it. It is really hard to find a product that keeps the skin fresh while maintaining hydration for a long time.

I really want to take this opportunity to find a moisturizer that suits my skin perfectly. Do you have any products you would recommend?
