Are there any good moisturizing products for Jisem skin?

Since I have oily skin, after washing my face, I simply apply toner, eye cream, and lotion, and occasionally use aloe soothing gel. For the eye area, I am using eye patches for wrinkles.

As I get older, my face has been stinging a lot lately. I looked into it and found that it might be due to a lack of moisture. I would like to know of a moisturizing product that is gentle on oily skin.
