Please recommend a moisturizer for combination/dry skin.

I have combination skin.

When it's cold and dry, my skin leans more towards the dry side.

I've tried using it like this, and the moisture is all fine, but

I keep getting breakouts on my face lately.

I'm thinking of switching creams.
