I used the Clio brush pen eyeliner because they said it doesn't smudge, but I wonder if there's something wrong with my eyes... or what?
My eyeliner keeps smudging... It really smudges even when I don't do anything special.
It keeps smudging, so I only draw the tail without filling in the waterline. Can you recommend a smudge-proof brush-tip eyeliner?
I heard that pencil eyeliners smudge no matter what you use, so I haven't even tried them.
