Please recommend a moisturizer for dry, flaky lips.

I suffered all winter because my lips were so dry and flaky.

I usually used Bioderma lip balm because it's famous, but the effect was barely noticeable in the winter.

Stick types are convenient, but I've heard they seem to be a bit lacking in moisturizing power.

I found that the Uriage one is actually better in terms of moisturizing!

I felt like it wasn't quite enough for winter, so I've been using an Etude lip mask lately, and it's pretty good~^^
