Please recommend a non-sticky lip balm.

My lips have been chapping often lately, so I'm worried.

I don't like the typical stickiness of lip balm, so I don't apply it often. Instead, I use colored lip balm or non-sticky ones, but I found the moisturizing effect lacking.

If you happen to know of a lip balm that is non-sticky and provides good hydration, please let me know!
