I'm looking for a lip product that is moisturizing without being sticky!

My lips are on the sensitive side, so when I wear matte lipstick, they split vertically...;
So I bought a lip gloss, but I really didn't like the sticky feeling.
I mainly use pink-toned lip products.
For someone like me, a non-sticky, moisturizing product
Which lip product is the right one?
Please recommend a product that prevents cracked lips~♡
