I'd like recommendations for lip products that are good for cracked lips!

My skin is naturally dry, and my lips aren't usually moist either.

I manage to get by somehow, but when the dry winter comes, my upper and lower lips crack and bleed profusely.

It's only for a moment, and then it splits again.

I tend to wear light makeup, so I usually only apply a little bit of lip tint. However, perhaps because the tint itself isn't oily, it feels like my lips are getting drier.

However, I don't like my lips looking shiny and oily, so I keep ending up applying only lip tint. Is there a lip product that provides lip care while also giving off tint-like color?
