My lips look a bit rough because of the dead skin, and I don't know how to get rid of them. Even though I apply lip balm frequently, they still crack often. Could you recommend a lip balm with good moisturizing properties? Or please recommend something for lip exfoliation care. The dead skin on my lips just keeps bothering me.
