Lately, I keep getting dead skin cells on my lips. Perhaps because of the dryness, the dead skin is lifting up and sticking to my lips in the shape of white crusts.
It bothers me, so I just keep tearing it off.
I even drew blood yesterday while trying to tear it open.
It's stressful because it keeps happening even though I wash my face, soak it, and use a cotton swab.
I'm applying plenty of lip balm, but it keeps appearing.
Please recommend some good lip care products.
