When I apply lip tint Yoplait phenomenon This happens frequently. Is this a problem with the tints I use (Lilbare Coating Tint, Daisique Juicy Dewy Tint) or with my lips? If it is a problem with my lips, how can I fix it? ㅠㅠㅠ
And my lips tend to be very dry... Even if I apply Vaseline at night and wipe off the dead skin with a wet tissue in the morning, they get dry again quickly. It's dry and peeling.
But if I apply lip balm in between, the dead skin cells swell up and peel, making them stand out even more. So I'm hesitant to wear it during the day. What should I do?
