Except for the middle of summer, my lips tend to be dry. If I apply lip balm before bed, they are fine in the morning, but three or four hours after applying makeup, dead skin cells start to flake and the lipstick begins to cake. I can't use matte lipsticks at all. Is there any way to keep my lips from drying out during the day even after wearing lipstick?
