Is there a way to care for lips that always look frizzy as you get older?

I like flowers, so I built a country house to grow them.

I usually spend most of my time in the yard.

It seems that even if you try to block out the sun, dry skin is inevitable.

I am particularly concerned about my lips because the outer skin frequently peels off even when I apply lip balm for care.

I keep trying to remove it because it bothers me, but then blood comes out.

I wonder if there is an excellent method.
