I apply lip balm every morning and evening.
Even so, I still get dead skin cells every day.
Doesn't applying lip balm remove dead skin cells and prevent them from forming anymore?
I'm curious about how others care for their lips or what lip balm they use for exfoliation!
I apply this to my lips really often, so please recommend one with gentle ingredients!!
