Are there any products that provide both lip care and color?

I tend to always apply lip balm, except in the summer.

When I do my makeup, I apply both lip balm and lipstick, so...

It was really a hassle.

There is a colored lip balm, but the color payoff isn't very satisfying.

If there is a product that has vibrant color and works as a lip balm

Please recommend something.
