Which strong sunscreen and moisturizer focus on long-lasting matte finish?

My skin is extremely dry. Since I definitely need to apply makeup in the morning and moisture is important, if I apply a more hydrating and elastic sunscreen as part of my base makeup, followed by a moisturizing BB cream, I think the moisture will remain and last for a long time.

However, when I go to work and come home, I don't see any shine left at all, and because it is so dry, I can't tell if it has been absorbed into my skin. My skin has lost so much moisture and become parched. Since moisture and long-lasting staying power are more important to me when I plan on doing matte makeup, I would appreciate some recommendations for long-lasting sunscreens or moisturizers.
