Matte eyebrows

I don't really use eyeshadow.

I tend to use my brows to make my eyes look sharper.

By the afternoon, the area around my eyes gets dull and seems to smudge a little.

It's a hassle and difficult to edit...

Are there any smudge-proof matte eyebrow pencils?

Please give me some recommendations.
