Matte cosmetics/makeup techniques for oily skin

Hello. Since I have oily skin, excess oil tends to rise to the surface after I apply makeup, so I think I prefer a matte finish. (Except for lips)

So, I use a glow foundation, but I finish my entire face with powder.

When I try to achieve a dewy look, the oiliness feels like it smudges the eyeliner, so I always make sure to powder my eyes as well!

I'm curious how others with oily skin usually do their makeup and if you have any cosmetics you recommend!
