Please recommend a lip product that has a matte finish but isn't drying.

If you use matte products incorrectly, your lips tend to dry out.

Like the ground cracking during a drought ㅠㅠ

Then my lips would get dry and flaky again, and it would become an even worse situation.

It might sound contradictory, but please recommend a product that provides a sufficiently matte finish without being dry.

It would be perfect if the color payoff was good too, haha.
