Is it possible to whiten skin with inner beauty products? I want to have fair and clear skin like Park Ha-sun.

Lately, my skin has become very dull and seems to be getting darker, so I've tried various whitening products, but I haven't really noticed any effect...

I've tried various things like serums and Lidl Shots, but I really couldn't feel any effect.

Then I came across a beauty article that said to take care of inner beauty first for whitening.

So I bought the product and have been taking it, and it seems to be having a subtle but noticeable effect.

(Of course, it's probably just my imagination, but...)

Are there any others like me who prioritize inner beauty for whitening?
