I'm curious about whitening cream.

I have a lot of blemishes on my face, so I'm wondering if a whitening cream would be effective.

Whether whitening cream makes the skin tone or color white and bright

I'm confused whether it actually removes blemishes.

Does it brighten the skin tone and also remove blemishes?

Or maybe darker skin can become white...

Is it okay to apply it only to the face? Will it feel unnatural on the neck or other areas?
