Please recommend white and beige shades that are good for under-eye makeup.

I am satisfied with the one I have been using so far, but it contains shimmer. Lately, I want to wear something without shimmer, so I would appreciate a recommendation for a beige or white shade that feels like a concealer. I am looking for a pencil that doesn't settle into wrinkles, isn't too stiff, and has good staying power.
