How is the Too Cool for School Protoge Pencil?

I was looking for under-eye shadow and decided to buy the Too Cool for School Protoge Pencil because it's famous and has good reviews.

Has anyone used this? I'm curious about the spreadability and whether it smudges too easily.

They are currently selling it as a buy-one-get-one-free offer, so I am planning to choose Shining Linen and another color; Cushion shade 23.

Which color would suit a warm-toned person better, Rosy Dew or Classy Fig?

Even if it’s not the color I chose, if anyone uses a different color, please recommend a pretty one!
