저는 하루에1리터 정도 마시는 거 같아요 과일 제외하구요
It is an obvious fact that drinking plenty of water improves skin and keeps the body healthy, so I try to drink as much as possible.
The recommended daily intake is usually 2 liters, but these days I feel like I can barely drink 1 liter.
But I've also heard that it's fine if you get enough from vegetables and fruits.
