Does Cetaphil lotion normally have a fishy smell?

I used Illiyoon body lotion before.

This one does smell a bit like dairy, but I used it because it's moisturizing.

I heard that Cetaphil lotion is good for severe psoriasis, so I bought it this time.

A slightly fishy smell? I'm not sure if that's the right way to describe it,

My husband says he doesn't want to use it because it smells strange.

Is it just the one I bought that smells like this? Is it supposed to smell like this?
