Why do dark circles keep showing even after I cover them with concealer?

I apply concealer to cover my dark circles, but it actually makes the area under my eyes look thicker.
At first, I thought the coverage was insufficient, so I tried switching products.
However, the more I applied, the more it settled into the fine lines and made my skin look dry.
I found out that dark circles can appear prominent not only due to pigmentation but also because of blood vessels or the structure under the eyes.
So, rather than just choosing a bright color, it is said to be important to consider your skin tone and the color of your dark circles.
Lately, I have been practicing applying a thin layer and reapplying only to the necessary areas.
Please let me know if there is a way to naturally cover up dark circles!
