How do I manage oiliness in the summer?

I have combination skin where oiliness explodes in the T-zone.

I tend to get very sensitive to the heat in the summer, so it seems my skin gets hot quickly too.

On hot days, too much oil comes to the surface, so my makeup smudges quickly and becomes shiny...

How should I manage skin that is excessively oily during the summer?
