How do you all manage the heat on the top of your head during the summer?

The weather is so hot these days that the top of my head gets really scorching hot even if I stand outside for just a short while. I'm worried that my scalp might get burned and that my hair might get damaged too. ㅠㅠ I also wonder if it's because I have black hair.
Every summer, I worry about my makeup wearing off due to excess oil, but now that scalp heat has been added to the mix, it’s truly a total disaster. Using cooling spray only provides temporary relief, and I really hate wearing a hat outside because it makes my hair look flat.
How do you all manage the heat sensation on your crown or scalp during the summer? If you have any cooling products that have worked for you, or any personal tips for lowering your scalp temperature, please share them!
