How to manage enlarged pores

How do you manage enlarged pores?

My pores on my T-zone and cheeks have gotten really wide.. I guess it's because summer is here ㅠㅠ

It's very oily, and it looks like my pores are wide open.

I feel like I would have baby skin if only my pores tightened up.
